Working as a trainer for climbing events and ropes courses is way different from climbing as a hobby. Changing participants in diverse ages and constitution, location limited working conditions, to impart confidence and know-how in short time and exceptional circumstances need a wide practical and technical competence going further than the usual daily requirements.
Giving lessons is another special challenge in methodic and didactic.
Realistic self-evaluation, the reflection of the own doing, competence in security and climbing technically skills do mandatory belong to a professional practice.
Our apprenticeship and further education for climbing instructors and rope course trainers prepare you with our own methods of teaching and moderation as well as our security standards for your future practice in praxis and theory. A theoretical and practical exam is completing the training.
In further education lessons you can get updates on your existing knowledge and skills or you may like to qualify yourself for further activities. After attending one of the further education courses you are getting a confirmation of participation.
